🔥 Heat Treat Service – Service Policy 1. Scope of Service 1.1 Heat Treat Service offers a single specialized heat treatment service for pest control and sanitization. 1.2 Clients may choose from additional service options, including:     •    Vacuuming     •    Use of chemical treatments (available for an additional fee) ⸻ 2. Product Options Clients can select heat treat services for:     •    1 Bed (double or king)     •    1 Bedroom     •    2 Bedrooms     •    3 Bedrooms     •    Carpet treatment     •    Curtain treatment ⸻ 3. Service Standards 3.1 All treatments are performed by trained staff using professional heat equipment. 3.2 Additional services such as vacuuming and chemical application must be requested during booking. ⸻ 4. Liability 4.1 Heat Treat Service takes great care during treatments; however, we are not liable for:     •    Existing tears, fragile fabrics, or damages aggravated by heat     •    Loss or disappearance of items before, during, or after service ⸻ 5. Payment & Fees 5.1 Service fees vary based on product options and requested add-ons. 5.2 Chemical treatments incur an extra charge. 5.3 Payments must be made at the online booking. ⸻ 6. Cancellations & Access 6.1 Clients should notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 6.2 Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time. 6.3 if no satisfactions we guarantee full money back if within 5 working days after the treatment. And half refund for 15 working days there after the initial 5 days. ⸻ 7.
